HELP PROTECT THE BEACON CENTRE

A recent Council Plan has marked the Beacon Centre as a potential site for redevelopment into 40 houses. While there is significant local opposition, we only have until March 16th to formally register our objections.

We use this for u3a activities and our general meetings, and would feel its loss. It is the only facility of its kind in the immediate area – of growing population.
