Our very informal and friendly meetings take place from 2.00pm for 2.15pm to
approximately 4.30pm. We discuss a wide range of topics with prompts in the form of questions or a text sent out a few days before the meeting. Meetings are varied with members ready to suggest topics and lead sessions.

We discuss news, the arts, music, travel and any event or situation in which members of thegroup are interested, do language exercises and occasionally play games all of which are designed to increase our vocabularies, knowledge, and ability to speak Italian. The standard of conversation skills, the knowledge of grammar and vocabulary varies fairly widely so that we are all able to learn from each other.

In addition to our twice monthly meetings we enjoy two festas each year, our Christmas Festa di Natale, usually held in February and a summer lunch held in August or September. Michael Kavanagh - agitalian@sbu3a.org.uk
