NB: This activity is not run by SB U3A, but our members are welcomed by the host organisation.

The High Wycombe Croquet club (Hazlemere Recreation Ground) will be available to members of the South Bucks and other local u3as to play Croquet from Wednesdays in April-October from 10.30 to 12.30 (weather permitting).

We have enjoyed a very successful season which will end at the end of October. Next season play will start from 2 April 2025.

Most weeks we have been close to capacity governed by the number who can play on the two greens (16) but due to members not playing every week there is generally space for new players to have a go and see if the game is for them.  Anyone interested in playing should first contact Peter. There is a nominal charge of about £5-6 for regular sessions which goes to the Croquet Club to enable them to maintain the greens to an immaculate standard, but your first session is complimentary.
The club will provide all equipment, the only request to U3A players is that they wear flat heel shoes when on the Croquet lawn.
