The inaugural longer walk (around 7 miles) will be next Thursday 9th, starting at 10:00 from the Queens Head, Pound Lane, Little Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 3SR. I will lead you along the Thames path, taking in Bourne End, Winter Hill and crossing via the Marlow Bypass bridge. I can guarantee a path that you will not have walked before (and probably won’t again!).
You can park in the pub carpark. Pound Lane is the western (Marlow) arm of the crossroads in Little Marlow, which is between the main Bourne End - Marlow road A4155 and the Thames. Be aware that Cadent are currently replacing the gas main along the main road from Bourne End to Little Marlow with ensuing traffic-light chaos.
